The Women’s Defense Company provides reality-based safety and self-defense training for women, children, corporations, schools, universities, houses of worship and private groups in Jacksonville and throughout the U.S. We are a trauma informed facility with a passion and goal to help empower our students with the confidence, skills and tools they need to become their own best protection.
