The Stretch Places Neptune Beach

At TheStretchPlace, our goal is to provide an innovative health and wellness service to Jacksonville Beach Community. Our facility will operate as a stretch centre that provides one on one assisted stretching. Assisted stretching is known to improve athletic performance, decrease the risk of injuries, increase blood flow to muscles and throughout the body, create more flexibility and range of motion for clients, and decrease stress. The Stretch Place will be staffed by friendly certified and trained stretch therapists. Since every individual is unique, each assisted stretch will be tailored to the unique needs of our clients that include targeting specific problem areas and particular muscle groups.
