Stonehurst Plantation

Stonehurst Plantation is a deed-restricted community with exceptional amenities. There are no CDD fees and only low quarterly HOA dues. Private, for residents only, amenities include: kiddie pool, lap pool, kitchen area, covered meeting space, bathrooms, lighted basketball court, volleyball court, baseball/softball diamond, soccer/football area. There are also several playgrounds scattered throughout the neighborhood. We are an active community with several social gatherings and children's activities year-round.
