Social Care Services is a comprehensive program developed to achieve self-sufficiency and wellness. SCS achieves these goals through supportive services provided to assist clients with obtaining educational services, employment, financial and medical benefits, medical, social, and other services. SCS provides a suite of services: neuro-psychiatric evaluation, neuropsychiatric testing, mental health counseling, individual/couples/family counseling, psychiatric medication management, and targeted case management as well. We provide these services to ensure our community is receiving the high-quality and complete supportive services they need.
