NEFAR (Putnam Service Center)

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors® (NEFAR) is the largest professional / trade association in northeast Florida, with a membership that includes more than 11,000 REALTORS® and business partner members in Duval, Clay, Putnam and St. Johns counties. NEFAR boasts its own wholly owned subsidiary, the Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service (NEFMLS), providing the ability for members and consumers to search for thousands of available properties online, based on the direct data input from NEFAR members. NEFAR offers REALTORS® classroom and online courses. ranging from continuing education credit, technology, required post-licensing credit, non-credited seminars and specialty designation courses and more.
