Nassau County Council On Aging

Nassau County Council on Aging is a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to provide programs and services that help seniors remain active. We provide: Meals on Wheels and nutritional support; Adult Day HealthCare for seniors with dementia or chronic illness; NassauTRANSIT for transportation throughout Nassau County ($2 per boarding, wheel chair accessible); Advocate Home Healthcare; home energy and utility assistance; full calendar of educational and wellness programs for adults of all ages; classes, workshops and activities provided at the Fernandina Beach Senior Life Center and Westside Senior Life Center in Hilliard; rental space available.
