We provide classes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Boxing, kickboxing, and cardio fitness. Kids will learn that there is a time and a place for Mixed Martial arts training. The program integrates; self defense techniques, conditioning and skill oriented games aiming to improve your childs motor skills, agility and flexibility. Youth BJJ is a fun class for youth that teaches discipline and helps build confidence. Adult classes combine all the different disciplines that make up Martial arts. While it's essential to be well rounded and focus on each skill set separately, be it striking, takedowns, grappling, submissions, or kickboxing, it is equally important to spend time working them all together.
