JTA Connexion

Owned and operated by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), Connexion provides destination-to-destination shared public transportation for people with disabilities who are functionally unable to use fixed-route services for some or all of their transportation needs, and for people who are transportation disadvantaged (TD). Connexion also offers travel training to ADA paratransit eligible individuals who do have the ability to use fixed-route services. Hours of service for Connexion are the same as those of our fixed-route service.
