Fernandina Beach Rehab and Nursing Center

Fernandina Beach Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has remained a staple in the community for over 35 years providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care to Nassau County residents. With a strong commitment to the community there are over 40 volunteers that work together with the staff to keep the residents connected and involved with their individual lifestyles. Fernandina Beach Rehabilitation & Nursing partners closely with many organizations in the community such as the Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute, Nassau County Council on Aging and many more.
