Dear Black Girl

Dear Black Girl is an empowering endeavor created by 1 Step Up Inc., a special initiative dedicated to supporting women in matters of stabilization, rehabilitation, and trauma-informed care. With a primary focus on justice-impacted women and women of color in leadership roles, our aim is to cultivate stronger and more resilient leaders. We believe that by enabling women to thrive personally, they will in turn become catalysts for positive change within their own households, families, and wider communities.
