Who We Are? Baker Prevention Coalition Incorporated (BPCI) is a non-profit community-based anti-drug prevention coalition serving Baker County, Florida. The coalition began in 2010 as a subcommittee of the Baker County Health Department’s nonprofit organization, Healthy Baker, Inc. On April 15th, 2013, the coalition officially incorporated to become Baker Prevention Coalition Incorporated (BPCI) and had gained knowledge on coalition building activities, leadership development, and the 7 strategies for community change
